Overview:Contract position based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine high-level requirements.
• Break down features into user stories, ensuring clarity and meeting the team's definition of ready.
• Act as a liaison between the product owner, business stakeholders, and the Agile team.
• Assist in grooming and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Create and maintain documentation to support the team's work.
• Work with business units to validate solutions against business objectives.
• Collaborate with QA to define and validate test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance team processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong background in Agile and Analysis.
• Relevant Business and Agile certifications (e.g., CBAP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
