Overview

We are seeking a junior to intermediate marketing professional to support and help execute strategic marketing initiatives within our client’s organisation. Working closely as the right hand to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role offers hands-on exposure to campaigns, brand activity, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is collaborative, eager to learn, and driven to deliver high-quality work while contributing to business growth and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

As a Divisional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve divisional goals and financial objectives.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with members, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Promoting and growing our consumer brands by ensuring consistent and professional brand representation across all platforms and member stores.

  • Leading and inspiring a team to achieve service excellence and professional growth.

  • Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

  • Driving innovation by identifying and implementing new marketing initiatives and strategies.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

  • Providing guidance and support to members in areas such as marketing, operations, and brand management.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute promotional strategies and community brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including the 6 P’s of Marketing.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and engagement.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
