We’re recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a transformative AI automation initiative within the Investment Management sector. Responsibilities
Strategy, Scoping & Requirements
Identify automation opportunities within investment operations and related functions.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to clarify goals, needs, and pain points.
Translate business challenges into structured project roadmaps and delivery plans.
Project Leadership & Governance
Manage the end-to-end delivery of the AI automation project.
Establish governance structures, reporting routines, risk logs, and decision-making frameworks.
Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical implementation teams.
Maintain momentum and ensure outcomes are delivered predictably and transparently.
Business & Technical Integration
Act as the bridge between business teams, data science, engineering, and IT.
Understand data flows, model considerations, integration points, and technical constraints.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
Stakeholder Engagement & On-Site Relationship Building
Build trust across investment teams, operations, compliance, IT, and senior leadership.
Influence decision-makers and manage expectations throughout the delivery cycle.
Ensure clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and strong collaborative partnerships.
Change, Training & Adoption
Lead change-impact activities, training plans, and user readiness preparation.
Support the transition from project stage to business-as-usual (BAU), ensuring ongoing sustainability.
Champion adoption and ensure the automation solution delivers its intended value.
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Project Management.
Proven track record in delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or data-driven projects.
Strong background in Investment Management, Wealth, Asset Management, or Financial Markets.
Experience working closely with data teams, technology groups, and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in delivering outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments.
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, automation workflows, and data lifecycle.
Knowledge of APIs, integration frameworks, cloud environments, and data governance.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
