What You Will Be Responsible For
In this role, you’ll own the delivery framework for a major digital initiative, ensuring alignment, momentum, and clarity across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:
Designing the overall project structure, governance, roles, and delivery framework
Facilitating cross‑functional workshops and coordinating work across business, digital, and external vendor teams
Creating and maintaining an integrated project plan with clear milestones and interdependencies
Tracking progress, surfacing risks, managing issues, and ensuring effective escalation
Producing consolidated reporting for leadership, including RAG status, timelines, and RAID management
Overseeing vendor engagements and contracting touch points
Ensuring alignment across business, technology, compliance, and operational teams
Leading communication, stakeholder engagement, and change‑readiness activities
Driving clarity, removing blockers, and keeping delivery teams focused and accountable
Key Requirements
Proven track record in delivering large‑scale Digital projects end‑to‑end in Financial Services
Proven track record in complex, cross‑functional environments
Strong knowledge of digital products, and agile delivery
Relevant degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Exceptional stakeholder management, decision‑making, and communication ability
A proactive, structured, and highly adaptable delivery leader
